These Terms govern the use of bigvova.com, including its pages, text, images, software elements, and links. The administrator is the owner of the personal project operating under the name bigVova.

By opening the website or using its features, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the website.

These Terms are not an offer for paid services and do not require a purchase, registration, or subscription.

2. Purpose and features

The website publishes articles, notes, project information, and links to external platforms. Sections and features may change as the project develops.

• choosing the interface language and color theme;
• showing a set of links based on the approximately detected connection region.

The Administrator does not control external platforms and does not guarantee their availability, security, content, or permanent URLs. A link does not endorse all information or activity on the linked service.

5. Regional link availability

The number and selection of social-platform links may vary according to the country from which the connection appears to originate. Visitors detected as connecting from the Russian Federation see VK, GitHub, and Telegram in the social-icon list, while links to X, Facebook, and Instagram are hidden. Visitors in other or undetermined regions see the full available set of social links, including VK and Telegram.

The button in the “Website is under construction” status banner is selected separately: it opens VK for a Russian IP address and Telegram for foreign or undetermined IP addresses. Telegram remains available in the general social-icon list for Russian visitors.

Country detection is approximate and may use infrastructure-provider headers, the public IP address, and a local geolocation database. A VPN, proxy, corporate network, mobile operator, or provider configuration may change or distort the detected country.

Regional filtering is a technical compliance measure. It is not advertising, an endorsement, a legal assessment of a platform, or assistance in bypassing restrictions. You are responsible for checking whether access to an external service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
